About Me

I was born in Wythenshawe, Manchester in the United Kingdom and now live between Bristol in the South West of England and Lymm in Cheshire about 20 miles from Manchester. Currently studying Computer Science at the University of Bristol and am due to graduate in June 2009, with no real plans for a career at the moment. Previously I studied at Lymm High School taking both GCSEs and A-Levels of which I came out with 1 A* 7 A’s and 2 B’s at GCSE and A in A Level Systems and Control and B’s at A Level in Computing, Economics and Mathematics with Statistics.

My main interests should become apparent from reading my blog posts and include; Running including regularly taking part in long distance events, my current PB for half marathon is 1hr 53mins. Football mainly as a striker, I have played for a number of intramural teams at Bristol plying my trade for Alma Baker last season and top scoring with 9 goals in 14 games, with a successful cup run to the final (which was abandoned due to bad weather). I support Manchester United and plan to get a season ticket after graduating.

I also enjoy watching cricket and support Lancashire, some people may say this is boring but when you know the rules it is quite good. My other hobbies are mainly electronics and technology based I enjoy designing things to make life easier and building them.
